Rooted in Indonesia
Sumara was born from a deep reverence for Indonesia's volcanic highlands — where altitude, soil, and centuries of farming tradition converge to produce some of the world's most distinctive arabica. We source directly from farmers in Gayo, Toraja, and Kintamani, roasting in small batches to honor what the land gives us. Every pouch carries a story. Every cup, a place.

Where does Sumara Coffee come from?
All our coffee is sourced directly from single-origin farms in Indonesia — primarily from Gayo (Aceh), Toraja (Sulawesi), and Kintamani (Bali).
Is your coffee arabica or robusta?
100% single-origin arabica. We do not blend and we do not use robusta in any of our products.
How fresh is the coffee when I receive it?
All orders are roasted to order and shipped within 3–5 business days. Each pouch is vacuum-sealed with a one-way degassing valve to preserve freshness.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States and Europe. Free shipping on orders over $60.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
